Banana Muffin Recipe

  1. Preheate oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients from step 1 in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients from step 2 and add ripe bananas. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in nuts (optional).
  3. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins | Gluten free 

Step 1

2 ½ c. almond flour
½ c. NutriKey Wellness Whey protein
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

 

Step 2

1/3 c. coconut oil, melted
4 eggs
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

 

Step 3

2 ripe bananas
½ c. nuts (optional)
