Peach Pineapple Popsicle Recipe

Makes 6 servings | Gluten-free and dairy-free

1 can full-fat coconut milk
1½ cups canned pineapple + 1/4 of the juice from the can
1½ cups frozen organic peaches

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Freeze in popsicle molds

(For added protein, add 2-3 scoops collagen powder)
