Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Makes 50 balls | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

3 c. Real peanut butter
6 Tbsp. Honey
¾ c. Oat flour or rolled oats whirled to flour consistency
¾ c. Vanilla Wellness Whey Protein Powder (or Paleo for dairy free)
½ c. Mini chocolate chips, raisins, carob chips or sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into 1” round balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. 

Serving size = 2 peanut butter balls. Nutrient analysis per serving: Cal- 220; Pro 15.2; Fat 15.4; Carb 14.8

Variation:

Add 3 scoops Key Greens - Chocolate (1 scoop per cup of nut butter), and reduce the honey to 3 Tbsp)
