Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe


Makes 1 serving | Gluten free 

Step 1

½ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp of pumpkin spice
¼ tsp. pure maple syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Wellness Whey Protein powder
¼ c. canned coconut milk
½ c. ice

Directions

Add water and/or ice as needed for preferred texture, blend & enjoy!
