With a background in clinical practice and teaching, Teresa has seen firsthand how food acts as medicine for the body. She understands that the relationship between food and the body is complex—what we eat directly influences energy levels, sleep, mood, and digestion. Teresa is dedicated to helping others understand how food can be used as a tool for optimizing health and well-being, rather than a source of restriction or guilt.
An avid runner and weight training enthusiast, Teresa is proud to have qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon, a personal journey that fuels her commitment to finding balance in both diet and fitness. She draws from her own experiences to guide clients through the challenges of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and overcoming cravings, especially for those who may struggle with an all-or-nothing mindset around food.
"We only have this one life to live. Let's do what we can, to feel the best we can, for as long as we can."
Teresa is a registered dietitian and licensed dietitian through the Minnesota Board of Nutrition and Dietetics.
