Vitamin D: The Sunshine Vitamin

February 9, 2008

Research points out that a lack of Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, doubles the risk of cardiovascular disease. We all know that Vitamin D is critical for bone health and acts as a natural antidepressant. Listen in as Christina Swigart and Nancy Palm are joined by special guest Paul Stitt, author of Vitamin D: The Fountain of Youth, to discuss the benefits of vitamin D.
