March Mint Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 scoop natural whey protein powder
½ banana
½ avocado
½ tsp. spearmint extract
¾ to 1 c. water
3-4 large ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, enjoy!
