Noats! No Oats Seedmeal

Makes 3 servings | Gluten-free and dairy-free option

Step 1

½ c. Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1½ c Milk/Nutmilk/Coconut milk*

Optional – 1 Tbsp Granulated Stevia, Brown Sugar Stevia, Monk Fruit Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for four hours to overnight.

  2. Enjoy warm or cold!

To complete this meal, add 3/4c berries (~15g carbohydrate) and 6 chicken sausage links (20g protein).

* Protein, carb and fat content change based on milk choice
