Nut and Seed Clusters

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine honey, melted coconut oil, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. 
  3. Combine pepitas, coconut, nuts and sesame seeds and spread on a cookie sheet.

  4. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the nuts. Mix to combine and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and break apart.

Makes 20 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

¼ c honey
¼ c coconut oil
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp dried cinnamon

Step 2

½ c raw unsalted pepitas
½ c large flaked unsweetened coconut
1 c raw unsalted nuts (pecans, almonds, etc)
1/3 c raw unsalted sesame seeds
