Summer Garden Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving | Gluten-free (dairy-free option)

Step 1

½ avocado
5+ beet leaves
5-10 basil leaves
½ c. tahini
1 small cucumber (about ¼-½ c. chopped)
1-2 scoops unflavored whey protein powder or paleo protein powder (enough to equal 20-30g)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
